During our chat David shared his experience doing solo rides in Roanoke, VA in his early riding, his initial encounters with members of the Wolf Pack on the Virginia Capital Trail, switching to bib shorts, getting different bikes, noticing his fitness gains from riding with faster riders and now preferring group rides.
