Episode 9 of ‘The Wheel Community’ podcast is out today! This week’s episode covers my talk with Jessica Conley, bikepacker and sprint chaser. We cover how she got inspired to try cycling after reading a book about riding the Blue Ridge Parkway (then doing it solo as a novice), showing up to some of her first group road rides still prepped for touring (bags and all), and when she decided to try structured training at Sweet Spot Cycling Studio.
